What the ..? 25 man raids! What are they?

We have been selectively recruiting to build our numbers up for a return to 25 man raiding.

As a guild we did a 25 man firelands raid on Wed with all Roos.

We will continue to do 25man old content raids as well as 25 man firelands for at least the first few bosses.

Watch the calendar as we will vary nights to allow everyone the opportunity to participate in each type of raid.

Heroics - An New Paradigm

The Roos have suffered in the past, due to the transient and casual nature of our guild population in that many players were not able to log on every day to earn their valour points, and therefore gear up.

Blizz has changed the dynamics of the game. We can now do 7 (Valour point earning) Cata heroics and 7 (Double Valour point earning) Rise of the Zandalari Heroics back to back.

As such for the next 2-3 weeks we will be focusing two nights exclusively to guild heroics and increasing our valour point gear level. These nights will be moved around different nights to enable all our members to benefit from the guild facilitated runs. ? Everyone hates a PUG.

We are not losing sight of the fact that 10 and 25 man raid are still where the best gear is. We will return to a fuller raiding calendar after this initial heroic surge.

well cata is nearly here and its time to get lvling   no one has done anything wrong  its just time to clean up and see who is doing what and who will do what when cata is going..

Id like to thank a few of our officers who are stepping back to the ranks for the time being  I have appreciated you hard work and value you input still.  

Congratulations to our new officers, pvp leader and heroic leader.  Welcome to the ranks of insanity and you have big boots to fill.

Mik was silly enough to come up wiht some action plans for pvp in cata to get guild acheives so lets all support him in the pvp teams.  

Athunder and Eppi will be handling alot of the recruitment

Blazul plans to make heroic 5 mans his business.

And Ahala...  well   what is a raid without a dead kitty anyway  Smiley  

Good luck guys  and as to the rest of the guild ranks partying for the lvling and raider once we start all that again  and yes their will be SR again when people get that far
